Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a Virtual Assistant? definition: A person, as a freelance office assistant, that works remotely in an administrative role.

A VA is an independent contractor that works remotely, usually in their own home office or the preferred location.

Why a VA over an employee?

There are many benefits in hiring a VA over an employee. There's no sick leave, annual leave, or superannuation to pay for, you don't have to provide a work-space or equipment. No ongoing costs, just the service you are paying for. As a result, it can be much more cost-effective to outsource to a Virtual Assistant than having an employee.

What are your operating hours?

I do not have set operating hours but will respond to all communications within 12-24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays but most of the time you'll still get a response). However, I can be contacted via mobile during standard business hours.

Send me an email and we can set up a time to have a chat. After that, I'll send you a proposal and we get started from there.
