What is a Virtual Assistant?

Dictionary.com definition: A person, as a freelance office assistant, that works remotely in an administrative role.

A VA is an independent contractor that works remotely, usually in their own home office or the preferred location.


Why a VA over an employee?

There are many benefits in hiring a VA over an employee. There's no sick leave, annual leave, or superannuation to pay for, you don't have to provide a work-space or equipment. No ongoing costs, just the service you are paying for. As a result, it can be much more cost-effective to outsource to a Virtual Assistant than having an employee.


What are your operating hours?

I do not have set operating hours but will respond to all communications within 12-24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays but most of the time you'll still get a response). However, I can be contacted via mobile during standard business hours.

What if I'm not happy with your service?

I aim to please! If for some reason you are not happy with my service please let me know and I will do everything in my power to rectify it. My door is always open, so to speak, so please don't hesitate to contact me with any concerns.


What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept bank transfer and credit card.
